Terms and Conditions for Donations to Pairs To Glory Foundation

1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a donation to Pairs To Glory Sports Foundation (“the Foundation”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your donation.

2. Donation Purpose

All donations received by the Foundation will be used to support its charitable objectives, which include:

  • Promoting sports development and training programs

  • Supporting underprivileged athletes and sports initiatives

  • Funding community sports projects and facilities

  • Any other activities aligned with the Foundation’s mission statement

The Foundation reserves the right to allocate funds to areas of greatest need within its charitable objectives.

Donations made to the Foundation are generally non-refundable. However, the Foundation may consider refund requests under the following circumstances:

  • Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions

  • Processing errors made by the Foundation or its payment processors

  • Exceptional circumstances at the Foundation’s discretion

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to donation@pairstoglory.org within 14 days of the donation date, accompanied by proof of payment and a detailed explanation.

4. Tax Deductibility

The Foundation is a registered non-profit organization in Nigeria. Donors are responsible for:

  • Determining the tax deductibility of their donations according to their country’s tax laws

  • Retaining their donation receipt for tax purposes

  • Consulting with their tax advisors regarding charitable contribution deductions
