Chidi is the Executive Director of the Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry – Policy Advocacy Center. He is also the co-founder of Brandmarks Communications Limited, one of Nigeria’s leading Strategy and Communications Consultancy firms. For over two decades, Chidi’s quest for the acquisition of Public, Media, Broadcast and Marketing Communication competencies has guaranteed his place as a trusted advisor to Governments and Corporations across a multiplicity of communication subject areas ranging from Public Relations, Government-to-Citizen relations, Advocacy and Behavioural Change Communication to Media Communications, Experiential Marketing and Social/Grassroots Mobilization.
In the Public Sector, Chidi has been a Strategy and Public Communications Consultant severally government institutions. Asides from working with the Public Sector, Chidi has experience of designing Communication Interventions with several International Non-Governmental Organizations and Development Partner organizations. Specifically, he has consulted for the USAID and the Department for International Development on a number of community engagement and stakeholder communication programmes.
Chidi is a Masters Degree Media Communications graduate of Bournemouth University, UK. He is currently a Doctoral student at the Baze University, Abuja, where he is investigating the dynamics of Brand Management and Construction in a Developing Economy. Chidi’s practice interests are in the areas of Policy Analysis and Marketing, Brands and Creative Development, and Productivity Improvement.
